By using Freeroom you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
The app
Freeroom helps you find and delete photos and videos you no longer need. It is provided "as is", without warranties. Suggestions are made automatically and may be wrong; please review items before deleting. Deleted items stay in Recently Deleted in the Photos app for 30 days, after which iOS removes them permanently. We are not responsible for items you choose to delete.
Your data
Your photos stay in your photo library on your device. Keep your own backups (for example iCloud Photos); we cannot recover anything removed from your device.
Freeroom Pro
Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings after purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Freeroom 協助你找出並刪除不再需要的照片和影片，依「現狀」提供，不附任何保證。清理建議由程式自動產生，可能有誤，刪除前請自行檢查。刪除的項目會在「照片」App 的「最近刪除」保留 30 天，之後由 iOS 永久移除。你自行選擇刪除的項目，我們不負責。
你的資料
照片保存在你裝置上的照片圖庫中，請自行做好備份（例如 iCloud 照片）；從裝置移除的內容我們無法復原。
Freeroom Pro
Pro 提供每月或每年自動續訂的訂閱，或一次買斷的永久方案。費用會在確認購買時從你的 App Store 或 Google Play 帳戶扣款。除非在當期結束前至少 24 小時取消，訂閱會自動續訂，並於當期結束前 24 小時內扣取續訂費用。購買後可在帳戶設定中管理或取消訂閱。退款依 Apple 或 Google 的政策處理。

我們可能更新本 App 與本條款。變更後繼續使用，即表示你接受更新後的條款。
