Paidstamp ("the app") is a quote, invoice and receipt maker made by an independent developer based in Taiwan. This policy explains what information the app handles.
Your documents stay on your phone
Your business details, logo, clients, documents and settings are stored only on your device. The app has no account system and we do not run servers that receive this data. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it, unless you exported a backup.
Your clients' information
Client names, emails, phones, addresses and tax IDs that you enter are kept on your device and are only shared when you choose to share a PDF or a backup. You are responsible for handling your clients' information lawfully.
Photos
If you add a logo, the app asks for access to the single image you pick. Only that image is stored, on your device. The app does not use the camera.
PDFs and backups
When you share a PDF or choose "Export backup", the app creates a file and hands it to the share sheet. Where that file goes (for example Mail, LINE, WhatsApp, Files or iCloud Drive) is your choice and is handled by those services, not by us.
Advertising
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking), IP address, device model, operating system and how you interact with ads. On iPhone, you are asked whether to allow tracking; if you decline, you still get ads, but they are not personalised. Users in the EEA and UK are asked for consent through Google's consent message. Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment details.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.

Paidstamp（以下稱「本 App」）是由台灣的獨立開發者製作的報價單、請款單與收據 App。本政策說明本 App 會處理哪些資訊。
單據資料只存在你的手機
你的商家資料、Logo、客戶、單據與設定只儲存在你的裝置上。本 App 沒有帳號系統，我們也沒有接收這些資料的伺服器。刪除 App 時，這些資料會一併刪除（除非你已匯出備份）。
你的客戶資料
你輸入的客戶名稱、Email、電話、地址與統一編號只存在你的裝置上，只有在你選擇分享 PDF 或備份檔時才會傳出。請依法妥善處理你客戶的資料。
照片
加入 Logo 時，App 只會取得你選的那一張圖片，並只存在你的裝置上。本 App 不使用相機。
PDF 與備份
分享 PDF 或選擇「匯出備份」時，App 會產生檔案並交給系統的分享選單。檔案要傳到哪裡（例如郵件、LINE、WhatsApp、「檔案」或 iCloud 雲碟）由你決定，並由這些服務處理，不經過我們。
廣告
免費版會顯示由 Google AdMob 提供的廣告。為了顯示與衡量廣告，Google 可能收集裝置的廣告識別碼（僅在你允許追蹤時）、IP 位址、裝置型號、作業系統，以及你與廣告的互動。在 iPhone 上會詢問你是否允許追蹤；若拒絕，你仍會看到廣告，但不會是個人化廣告。歐洲經濟區與英國的使用者會透過 Google 的同意訊息表達同意。你的單據與客戶資料絕不會提供給廣告商。詳情請見 Google 如何使用採用其服務的應用程式所提供的資訊與 Google 隱私權政策。升級 Paidstamp Pro 即無廣告。
購買
購買與訂閱由 Apple（App Store）或 Google（Google Play）處理，我們不會取得你的付款資料。
兒童
本 App 並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，我們不會在知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。

本政策如有變更，會在此頁公布新版本並更新日期。
